These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using the smartphone application "WFO Counter" provided by Takumi Kuroyanagi. They set out the basic rules to help everyone use the app safely and comfortably.

The App provides attendance recording, goal management, progress checks, notifications, widget display, sync features, and friend features. Some features depend on device settings or third-party services, including location, notifications, calendar access, and Sign in with Apple or Google.

2. Conditions of Use

• Users are responsible for managing their devices, operating systems, network access, and related accounts.
• Location services must be enabled to use automatic logging.
• Calendar access may be required to use holiday detection features.
• Features such as sync and friend functions may require authentication with Apple or Google.
• Network fees and other costs associated with downloading or using the App are the user's responsibility.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct.

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Engaging in criminal activity or conduct related to criminal activity
• Imposing unauthorized load on or causing harm to the App, other users, or third-party services
• Collecting or storing personal information about other users
• Abusing bugs or specifications of the App
• Publishing or redistributing information learned through friend features against the other person's intent
• Interfering with the operation or provision of the App
• Using the App for improper purposes

4. Notes on Sync and Sharing Features

The App primarily stores data locally, but if you use login, sync, friend, or sharing features, information may be sent to external services or other users according to the options you choose. Please review the sharing scope and settings before using these features.

5. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App for maintenance, incident response, legal compliance, specification updates, or similar reasons.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the App will always operate accurately, be fully suitable for a particular purpose, or never lose data. Location data, maps, calendars, external authentication, and cloud services may be affected by their providers or by device conditions.

We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
